Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The visit and the written estimate that follows are both free, and there is no deposit to get the number.
How soon can you come out?
Pick the earliest date that suits you on the form and we will confirm by phone or text. An active leak gets looked at sooner – call rather than booking online for that.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, so you can point at what is worrying you and we can show you what we found. It is not essential as long as we can reach the roof.
Do you work in the rain?
Inspections and gutter work, often yes. Shingle work and anything needing the deck open, no – adhesive and underlayment need dry conditions and rushing that is how a repair fails. In this valley that means some jobs wait for a window, and we will tell you if yours is one.
Is debris hauled away?
Yes, that is included. Gutter debris is bagged and taken rather than left in the beds, and roof debris is cleared off the site.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Prolific Roofing LLC is licensed and insured in Oregon under CCB# 263017, and you can verify that yourself at ccb.state.or.us in about thirty seconds. You should do that for every contractor who quotes you.
